Design concept: A balcony that was not used at all due to sealing problems.
led us to create a transformation for the whole family.
First we laid a synthetic deck over the existing floor.
Then we created accommodation spaces for children and parents:
For children – a cheap, pampering room away from the living room to create privacy.
For parents – we built a decorative bench for resting between two ends of vegetation facing an adjustable television.
We added a back made of sharbia to the bench that separates it from the surrounding buildings.
To complete the feeling of hospitality, we placed an outdoor kitchen adapted to its design.
The balcony is an aluminum pergola case that opens and closes for the convenience of the family.
We also decorated it with durable vegetation with minimal maintenance,
Planted in planters made of solid wood and individually adjusted.
