Water flowing, plants in bloom

The waterfall across from the garden exit door seems to flow from the wall. The water seeps into a rectangular basin and continues flowing through an aqueduct built along the garden’s entry path.

We planted perennial plants to form a wide, carpet like, green expanse that draws the eye to the relaxing flow of water. The blooming roses along the entry path make the garden richly fragrant, sensuous and colorful.
